We are nearing completion of a total renovation of our high-rise condo. Mercedes has been a pleasure to work with, both for us and for our builder. She quickly produced hand-drawn perspective sketches to help us visualize possibilities we had never thought of. She has a great eye for color and texture, and has really captured the feeling we wanted from our condo. Even though most of the work was done in a period of supply-chain disruption, her deep contacts and relationships in the industry, plus her creativity and ingenuity, helped keep the project on schedule.
